Shout out to noom - I *liked* the service, and it helped me loose weight finally! But decided after my subscription ended I'd move on. I forgot to cancel. Got billed today. 5 minutes w/ support they cancelled and refunded, no BS, just done. *Great* support (and program).On twitter.com
