Flight was cancelled - and rebooked - all automatically which I guess is a good thing overall. (And new flight is 2 hours later so I got to sleep a bit more.) Even better - no need to speak to a human. (Oh wait - I probably shouldn't say the last part out loud.)On twitter.com
