    1. Ugh - vue cli is *incredibly* slow on Windows Bash. It's npm, and npm in general is slow in WSL, but I'm going on line 5 minutes now to scaffold one app. That's not acceptable.

    I didn't realize my shell was outputting timestamps - and I was wrong. It took -9- minutes to scaffold an app with Windows Subsystem for Linux, vue cli. That's really poor.
