JFC... Aetna won't yet approve my claim because it needs... my name and ID. So even though the claim was submitted via their site... by me... (well my wife logged in as me) ... they somehow don't know my freaking name.On twitter.com

Even better - on the damn EOB they sent... it has my name. And my ID number. Like.... it's almost as if insurance companies don't want to pay claims.Permalink On twitter.com
