what is *most* scary is the COMPLETE shutdown of communication. that's always been an issue w/ Google services imo

this person will _probably_ get support due to the press (tweets, etc), but that isn't a real fix. anyway - i do hope they get something :)

even a support policy that requires $$ up front but gets you to a human is better than what a lot of big companies provide (unfortunately)

perhaps the best reco is - dont check the docs/prices first - check to see what the support policy is

if you "know someone", cool, but otherwise, you may get left out in the cold (im hoping the attention to the article helps the user)
